  • Sleep facing the other way
  • Fan on, fan off
  • Couch
  • My old room
  • Warm milk
  • Cutting out caffeine after a certain time of day
  • Cutting out snacking after a certain time of night
  • Music on, music off
  • Window open, window shut
  • Take a shower
